History

Nritya Yogashala is a unique yoga school that blends the timeless principles of traditional yoga with the dynamic expression of movement, offering a comprehensive approach to personal growth and transformation. Founded in 2021 by Shivam Bahuguna through Rishikesh Kala Kumbh, a space dedicated to learning, sharing, and celebrating art, the school emerged from his years of teaching and personal exploration of yoga. Shivam recognized the need for a yoga school that transcended conventional practices—one where yoga is not just an activity but a way of life, a philosophy for a healthier and happier life.

At Nritya Yogashala, we blend the core teachings of Hatha and Ashtanga Yoga with the fluidity of artistic movement. Our philosophy goes beyond physical and mental well-being; it focuses on harmonizing the Body, Mind, and Soul to enable a deeper connection to the self. We emphasize living yoga in every moment, encouraging students to open their hearts, and connect with their ‘true’ inner Self. We teach how to integrate movement, breath, and mindfulness into their everyday lives.

What Do We Offer?

We welcome you to Nritya Yogashala , India, expanding various yoga teacher training courses. Including- 100 Hours TTC, 200 Hours TTC, 300 Hours TTC, 500 Hours TTC, and Yoga Retreat 7/14 days.

So it has become a favorite place for individuals and groups around the world. And to learn more about the ancient art and science of- Yoga. Our courses vary from trainee to transitional to expert level- teacher training courses. Our classes try to create an environment that is comfortable for everyone to deepen their practice and speed up their yoga journey.

Joining yoga teacher training with us not only introduces you to the professional path of- Yoga. But it also helps you begin a journey of self-discovery, healing, and spiritual growth. The accommodation provided by our yoga school is neither full of luxuries nor amenities.

Our Teacher Training Course fee includes- TTC Course, pickup from Dehradun airport, every Sunday spiritual trip, study material, and a yoga mat. The course dates started from the 3rd to 26th every month. Our teacher training courses uphold the ancient and traditional values of- Yoga.

We firmly believe that our teacher training program will start the process of change in your life. A Registered Yoga School (RYS) allows you to become a member of the Yoga Alliance as a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT). So, it opens up the possibilities of teaching yoga almost anywhere in the world.
